Kelly Suazo-Davis, M.A. is an award-winning leadership development coach, advocate/speaker, mentor, and consultant working with women to help them own their power, influence, and galvanize leadership opportunities. She has over 18 years of multi-faceted industry experience in retail, business consulting, social service leadership, life coaching, and advocacy working with major organizations and government institutions. Her entrepreneurial drive has led her to successfully launch two businesses in ten years. Kelly has served as the Co-Chair to the Texas, Center of Hope. In 2018, she won the “Most Influential Leadership Coach-Influential Business Woman” award for her work in leadership development and training for men and women in government institutions. In 2018, Kelly developed a leadership training program for U.S. Army Equal Opportunity Leadership course focusing on organizational culture, gender bias, and diversity and inclusion.

Through her renowned leadership training, elite mentorship, community engagement, and live events, Kelly empowers and equips women to own their presence, power, and influence fostering rewarding professional careers, revenue generating businesses, and notability solidifying their seat at the table.

Kelly has been privileged to serve the military community for over 15 years. She contributed keen insights as a military spouse at the 2009 Military Spouse Initiative round table with FLOTUS Mrs. Michelle Obama and Mrs. Jill Biden.
